Kristy Truax is an HRLive Operations and Compliance Specialist with expertise in managing and optimizing HRLive for growing organizations. In her role, she coordinates system updates, oversees client communications, and ensures employee data integrity and compliance through regular audits and process improvements. Known for her structured, detail-oriented approach, Kristy bridges technical system requirements with clear, user-focused communication. With a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement, Kristy plays a key role in supporting both internal teams and external clients as they navigate evolving HR and compliance needs. She values clarity, accountability, and thoughtful execution, believing that well-designed systems and transparent communication are essential to building trust and driving operational success.
Outside of work, Kristy likes to spend time outside in the summer and is a published author of romance novels.

Melissa is an HR Administrative Assistant with a strong ability to support the HR team through organization, clear communication, and a commitment to exceptional client and employee experience. She thrives in fast-paced environments and is known for her compassion, steady presence, and ability to create calm and clarity during hectic or high-pressure situations. With a people-centered mindset and a strong attention to detail, she is dedicated to supporting HR operations efficiently while contributing to a positive, respectful, and service-oriented workplace culture. Outside of work, Melissa enjoys hiking, drawing, traveling, and cooking. Michael Harwood
Michael Harwood
Michael is a software developer at Harbr Human Resources. He began his career as an educator, teaching physics and Java programming to high school students, before transitioning into software development. He is a proficient full stack developer, working with Vue, Tailwind, InertiaJS, Laravel, PHP and mySQL. Michael values strong connections with clients and end users and focuses on building software that is not just efficient and elegant, but also easy to use and straightforward to understand. His guiding principle is that software should meet real needs and make life simpler—not more complicated. He is an avid Linux user, both on his laptop and on servers, and enjoys problem-solving. In his spare time, he does home repairs and enjoys canoeing, snowshoeing, and hiking.
